What western classical composers have direct influence of other non-western

cultures in their work? For example, Marche Slave by Tchaikovsky is influenced by Serbian folk music of the Ottoman empire.

I'm looking for something relating a classical composer to like Spain, Romania, Persia, India, etc.

Any suggestions?
Sorry! I didnt mean to include Spain and Romania for non-western. That was for my Western composers.
