what watt sub can i have with this reciver?

Ok so i have this reciver but how can i tell what the wattage is that is sent to the sub? it says its a 5.1 500w reciver and 100w per channel so that leaves 0w for the .1? (sub). well please let me know what size sub i should get for my reciver i looked around and i cant seem to find info on what size sub it can handle. please tell me if you can figure it out. thanks. here is a link to a site with detail on my reciver.

It is a surround sound stereo so you would have to have an 8ohm Sub but you can get any size as long as you run that ohm sub.
