What was the worst concert you have ever been to?

Best ones I've ever been to are Saliva and Senses Fail. Worst ones I've ever been to are Saliva and Senses Fail

Yeah, those are the only two concerts I've ever been to.

a few weeks ago, here's a little thing i wrote up for it

went to a shitty battle of the banRAB at some high school cause my friend who used to go there wanted me to keep him company. i pretty much expected a lackluster time but here's what i thought anyway.

1st band-shitty Pantera cover band who had the gall to play both A New Level and Walk without even attempting to do the solos(not like they could anyway). WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT?! 3/10

2nd band-OH MY GOD HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. i mean i've seen shitty, but this was its own new level of shit. Their name was Punk Paradise and i can honestly say that i haven't laughed as hard at a band as much as during their set. nobody was in tune or time, the "singer" did nothing more than talk into the mic and blab incoherently. what made it really funny was how they were acting like they were the best band at the show, actually trying to get the audience into their train wreck. plus their cover of Smells Like Teen Spirit sounded like what you get when people who've never heard the song only have tabs to read off of, which i'm guessing they did. 1/10 cause it made me laugh my ass off. maybe these guys should do comedy?

3rd band-For Years to Come. my band actually played with these guys back when it was just the guitarist and drums, and they were good back then. they had a bassist in their group now and i'll say that it was a good addition. alot of their stuff was in the Taking Back Sunday vein of things and the music was tight and pretty well done. only thing was that the singer didn't have too good of range in his voice. 6/10

4th band- this was a bit of a surprise, basically. a bunch of the teachers that set up the BoTB including the principal of the school did a yearly thing where they would get together and play some classic metal songs. they called themselves Staff Infecton, haha. but yeah, the first and last covers were the best (Black Sabbath's Never Say Die and Twisted Sister's We're Not Gonna Take It), but the middle of their set kind of plateued. they were pretty ok. 5/10

5th band-the name was Adalie and they were one of two banRAB at the show that actually had a cd and the only one that was actually touring. the only reason they played there was because their bassist went to the school. i've known these guys for a while and i know they have great songs/performances, and this time was no different. even during their first song the guitar of one of the singer/guitarists broke and he kept on singing even when he was restringing. don't know about you but that's pretty fucking awesome in my book. 8/10

6th band-Seek to Thrill, this was the other band that had a cd and this was actually not too bad a set. they singing was really good, especially when both guitarists and the bassist did harmonies. only thing was the rest of the set pretty much blended together with the exception of their ending song. 6/10

7th band-i don't even remeraber the name of these guys because by the end of this show my brain was fried and tired as hell. what i do remeraber was two Rise Against covers that were meh and some songs they wrote which were pretty much forgettable. it seems like if they worked a little more on playing as a band they could really do something, but for now it's a 4/10

if tl;dr just look at this part:
so yeah, SEVEN banRAB playing and less than half of them were actually good. plus the sound was terrible, every band got feedback out the ass. in all, it's a 3/10.

i won't be attending next year.

The Senses Fail concert I went to around 4 years ago was absolutely miserable, I don't blame the band even though they're not my thing, they play as well as they do in studio, but the venue was a nightmare.

There's nothing wrong with little clubs, it's preferable to stadiums I guess, but there was just an unpleasant aura about the place I've been to, just a bunch of drunk guys and kiRAB moshing and stuff, it smelled bad, security guys were freaking tools and the music was way too f*cking loud. All the banRAB were emo/post hardcore stuff and even if I liked that sort of thing (I don't) I still wouldn't have enjoyed it because the decibel level was absolutely painful. I was just standing there waiting for the show to end.

To make matters worse my stepdad at the time got wasted and was a total d bag, he picked a fight with me on the way back because I wanted mom to drop me home instead of spending the night, I pretty much refused to a spend a night with that assh*le. Also, I was sick for like a month.

Here's a photo of me from that show.

I'm the one on the far right, not a happy camper. Concerts just aren't my thing.

Saw The Sonics about two years ago. Now there's a reunion that never should have happened. All the energy that made them great in the 60s was gone, and left was a few old men in their 60s who played their instruments almost like robots, with no interest at all in the sound they were producing. I walked out halfway through.

Oasis. What a waste of 90 bucks, all they did was stand on stage with three giant banners showing lame animations while everyone patiently waited for them to get to "Wonderwall" so we could all go home.

I've never been to a bad concert, howere I've been to concerts with opening banRAB that suck... like paul wall (he's not a band obviously but he sucked) and the academy is... good lord do they suck.
