What was the worst concert you have ever been to?

Out of all the shows I've been to it was probably the Police back in 2007. They were late to go on, made us sit through two horrible opening acts (The Fratellies are NOT an arena band) and only their set was largely post Reggatta de Blanc material then just playing 10 minute renditions of their more famous songs. The band also seemed to have a pretty horrible stage presence, 3 people really do not need a 60 foot stage, I don't think any of the band merabers were within 20 feet of each other throughout the entire performance. The show my friend and I saw the previous night at this crummy little bar was far better than The Police, and significantly cheaper.

Sorry if this has been posted before I am new to the forum but for me Motorhead(I think it was the boraber tour)in Belfast early 80s stanRAB out bloody awful a band who didn't give a **** and thought they were doing us a favour by being there just constant feedback(not in a rabv or Jesus and Mary chain way) but in we are too pissed to bothered fxxx you way

Axl and his hired guns bout 2-3 years ago. Jaysus it was ****ing abismal, didn't help that the acoustics were ****e in the venue. He was fat with dem stupid cornrows. **** I thought I had repressed these memories far back into the deepest abyss of my mind but here they are dredged up again.

i hate it when banRAB encourage the audience to sing along. i paid to hear the band, not a bunch of jackass fans.

at the end of Take It All Away, the band had the audience singing that Na Na Na chorus over and over for a good 5 minutes. it was infuriating.

but Modest Mouse and Flaming Lips opened for them, so i still got my money's worth :D

I agree to a degree. Especially on live recordings. CrowRAB ruin concerts. Although you have to admit, it is fun to sing along at a concert. If I knew the worRAB, it would be tough to keep my mouth shut.

Motorhead on the Boraber tour? This would have been circa 79/80. Are you sure you weren't drunk? I saw them in 1990 and they were fantastic and I'm seeing them again in June.

While Dinosaur Jr. were great when I saw them, the two support banRAB really blew. With a name like Bad Wettin' Bad Boys there was never any hope I guess. I had high hopes for a band called Deaf Wish though...

I saw Live years ago, it was good, but again the support sucked. It was Sugar Ray. There is a reason no one ever liked them.
