I thought/think Juno is hilarious, it was right up my alley. But to each their own. :)

The Lost World Jurassic Park, The Newton Boys, The Cider House Rules and 2 movies from my childhood The Secret of Nimh, and Rock-A-Doodle

G.I. Jane
Man, that's one of the best movies I've ever seen. Demi Moore's amazing in it.

Away We Go - Ok film. A few laughs, a sweet story but ultimately nothing that special.

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas- I saw it today and I can't say I enjoyed it since the topic of the movie is the nazis, but I definitely liked it b/c the whole thing was portrayed in a different and interesting way.

Overall, it's one of those movies that make you think that the world would be a better place if we all respected each other as human beings, and never lost the innocence we had when we were children. So it's a great movie, I recommend it as well :).

Also, Asa Butterfiled's acting was outstanding once again  I love this kid!.

The Soloist: Very good/interesting movie. Robert Downey Jr. was amazing and so was Jamie Foxx  loved the music, it's heartbreaking to know this story really happened in real life.

The Prestige: omg...I LOVED this movie. One of the best I've seen this year by far :thud:  I totally recommend it.

I think this is a horror flick anyone can enjoy. It's just amazing and so atmospheric. Rec and Orphan made the list of my favourite horror movies ever! :)

the descent 2: loved it, although i liked the first one a bit better (probably because i found it scarier than part 2 xD).

cemetery junction: omg i loved this movie so effing much! the cast was brilliant and the script was just amazingly witty and funny.

I saw half of The Big Hit about ten years ago, and I just saw the beginning. What a hilarious movie, Wahlberg is a pretty good actor.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off - This time around, thanks to my own annoying brother, I was rooting for Jennifer Grey's character to get what she wanted. And I was also rooting for someone to pluck Charlie Sheen's uni-brow.

Pretty in Pink - Poor Duckie. Even though I want him to end up with Andie every time, I just know it wouldn't work. Funny how similar this one is to Some Kind of Wonderful, apart from the ending.

Overboard - Honestly, it makes me laugh harder than almost any other film. Oh, Goldie.

Karate Kid (2010) - wasn't a bad film..the Jackie and Jaden were good in their roles, but I still prefer the original..

That's cool!

A Single Man - Very poignant. Left me feeling empty, despite the main character getting what he wanted in the end. Colin Firth really was superb in it. He deserved all the acclaim.

I just saw the movie The Wicker Man starring Nicolas Cage. I wont recommend this movie to anyone, the worst movie I have seen with Cage in, the ending will only make you angry.

A movie I do recommend is The Jacket starring Adrien Brody. If you ever want to see a movie that might blow your mind then this is one of them ;)

Good Romantic Love stories: If Only, Keith and Untamed Heart.

Awe, the Painted Veil. I love that movie. And it's one case where I like the film more than the book.

REC - whoa. I've already seen Quarantine, but it's original was so much better. I was watching the ending with my hands over my eyes. I liked the infection story better too. But I still really like Quarantine.

Same here. I loved the Tyler/Caroline relationship and I think it was the most interesting aspect of the film.

Haha, Cold Mountain again, girls? :D

Eat, Pray, Love - couldn't get through the book and the movie didn't do anything for me. I ended up paying more attention to the woman with the baby in the seat in front of me. Which sucks cause I'd been looking forward to it all summer. I loved the colors and the cinematography and I want to go to Italy even more than I already do, but it just didn't do much. The script was poor, the acting sub-par and the emotion felt forced to me. Oh well.

^^ Not a fan of Heigl.

Reese was cute in Sweet Home Alabama

What Woman Want was a good movie, but I agree that the last half drags a little!

A Few Good Men, this was actually a good movie. Good cast especially Jack Nicholson was amazing.
