What uses more glycogen Strength training or Cardio?

I notice when I focus more on glycogen the fat goes down for me, instead of focusing on the fat itself. So anyway, What uses more glycogen Strength Training or Cardio? Does high intensity cardio use more glycogen than strength training? If I'm eating only protein for the whole day which type of cardio should I be doing?
