What type of upgraded alternator should i get?

i have a 1994 pontiac grand am se coupe and i'm planning on getting an audio system for my car that has about 7000 watts and i was told that i need to get my alternator upgraded because mine is stock and i was also told to get another battery so should i get another battery as well
and could you help me by telling me what the best alternator would be for the amount of power i'm going to use for the system
