I bought a radar detector from Bestbuy and I dont want it anymore since I have yet to see anycops radaring/lasering and there really is no need for it /want anymore. I only got it like 6 days ago but what can I say that will let me get my money back can i say i did not like the display or what?

If I remember correctly, BB will not take radar detectors back. The store policy is that you cannot return radar detectors at all.

The only way you will be able to return it is if you can somehow convince a manager to let you return it. Maybe someone on here can give you a good excuse but all you are going to really need is a manager willing to listen to your excuse and understand.

Good Luck!!!

You don't have to tell them anything. As long as you have the receipt you can return it after only 6 days. No explanation required - just tell them that there's nothing "wrong" with it (meaning it works properly) when you return it so they can re-sell it to someone else as an open-box item.

you dont have to give them a reason i have returned several items to bestbuy in the past. if they ask just tell them it was a gift for your brother and you didnt know he had one already. they really dont care.just make sure you have your receipt. or they might just try to give you store credit.
