What to do when you have nuisance neighbors and all the Landlord can do is

send courtesy letters? I've been living in this building for about 6 months now and I hate it due to my nuisance neighbors. One of my neighbors is retired, loves to come out to the porch and drink with his buddies on a daily basis. They begin drinking early in the morning till the evening. It's ridiculous! I've even found my neighbor and some of his buddies passed out on the porch a couple of times. Not only that, I've caught some of the buddies peeing in the yard. They leave their beer cans all over the porch, yard and parking lot. They play loud music and since they're drunk they talk very loud. I have nothing against people drinking but we all need to be considerate about others. We're not all retired or just have the luxury to stay home and get our bills paid. I've spoken to the landlord about this matter and all she claims to be able to do is send courtesy letters. There has to be something else she can do.
