not....for a drink lol. I am making a irish cream cheesecake and of course, there has to be a little bit more to it except a cheesecake with nothing on it. I heard chocolate, but I don't like the taste of regular chocolate with baileys unless it is a real nice white Belgian chocolate. Also I was thinking a light light dusting of espresso powder. I am kind of juggling ideas. Certain nuts? Fruits? They say whipping cream but that is really typical and I was thinking maybe a little ricotta on top around the edge instead? Or whipped sour cream and whipping cream, sugar. ( I did that once and it was really tasty) any ideas? opinions..
