I don't get Midi. I have a number of audio devices like equalizers, mixers, effects processors, etc. that can be controlled via midi, but I have no idea what software to use to actually control them. Every piece of midi software I see has to do with writing and performing music. I don't want to write music. I just want to control my hardware from my computer. I know it can be done. What am I missing?
