u can eat lots of food that has protein in it.
cause protein give's u more energy to stay active the whole day

cereal-that contains lots of iron,protein and specially fiber.
vegetables-specially green leafy vegetables
soymilk instead of regular milk cause as far as i kno soy milk is healthier than regular milk
but drink milk once in a while cause your gonna need that to strengthen your muscle and bones.

and for snack energy bar would be good for you
and for regular meal just eat lots of meat,fish and chicken.
