When they did my initial service it was taking them a lot longer than expected so one of the techs comes out and tells me that they are trying to figure out how to reset the service light. Two hours later they tell me that they need a cable and that I will have to return. Yes they are a new dealer! Hopefully they get all of the bugs cleared out , although I honestly do not believe that I will allow them to touch my bike again. I believe I said it earlier a month had passed and still no call about my service light. Finally I go back and they tell me they got the cable but now had to wait for some downloads from Ducati before they can turn off my indicator. (I think that was BS) So I tell them if they don't get it figured out soon that I will be calling DNA, three days later they call me and say that they are now able to turn the light off. Then the oil leak through the filter, and fourtunately I was at a dealership in Daytona Arlen Ness, Good people, they fixed the leak and reset the service indicator for me.
