I know MANY uncle toms, that live in the black communities among blacks only and speak ebonics, or have only black friends, as well as uncle toms, that live only around whites or have only white friends.

that is WRONG there are MANY black men that are college educated that can't find jobs(even before this economic crisis) it's not because they don't have values, you have to have OPPORTUNITY!!! without that you have nothing, i don't care how many masters you have
this country is a "white country" and it is hard to gain opportunities here. If you are black, you have to KNOW where to go, or be in the right place at the right time.
