what kind of ppl lack courtesy of good etiquette?

i find it's not respectful wearing hats or caps at dining table. that's my biggest gripe.ol' school never allowed it.plenty more if u have more ideas

Many types of people actually. People who aren't used to going out to nice restaurants. People who weren't raised with good manners. People who come from different countries and don't know the customs. People who just don't care. I'm having to move due to the lack of common courtesy in our apartment building. The neighbors seem to think blasting music in the hallway and smoking in front of our door is okay. Just awful.
