The only difference is the OHMS.
I was wondering which one would sound louder and better. And how would I go as far as hooking them up?

check out this link:

http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/woofer_wizard.asp?submitted=true&woofer_qty=4&woofer_imp=4#

that will tell you how to wire them whether u have the dvc 2ohm or 4 ohm

for 1 sub and that amp you would want the DVC 4 ohm version

just get whatever matches the rms and ohms best

The ohms are for running a certain ohm load to the amp... If you want 2 subs, go with 2 2-ohm subs, so you can wire them to 2 ohms to the amp... If you only want one, go with the 2-ohm as well so you can run it at 4 ohms to the amp...
