What kind of food would a person eat at launch and at dinner to be healthy?

The food we usually eat at breakfasts are eggs, bacon, oatmeal, meat and fruits because they are rich in protein, carbohydrates, fibers and other vitamins and mineral needed to jump-start the day due to fasting as we sleep eight hours or so. I have learned it in the internet but now I wanted what food should be eaten at launch and dinner. I can't seem to find the answer to this in the internet and so I'm asking you guys about this.
