What kind of CD player would be the best for my car?

My brother bought me a cheap, basic cd player (Dual) a few years ago.
Since then I've replaced the factory speakers.
I've also gotten two 12 inch subs and a 1000 watt amp.
I want a new one that I can hook my ipod up to somehow, also.

I want something nice, but not over $200.
Any suggestions would be great!
Brands, models, etc.
