What kind of amp for kickers cvr's ?

so im getting 2 kicker cvr10's . i want to get a matching kicker amp to power them .
theyre 300 watts rms each [600 peak]
i would prefer a 2 channel monoblock amp . any suggestions ? thanx .
my cousins really into the speaker stuff . he reccomended that i get a 2 channel . he said its better .
 
I would get a single channel amp if you're not hooking up anything besides the subs.
