What job involves food, travel, foreign cultures?
I want a job in Europe but don't know where to start!?
I have an Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting which has proved to be useless. I know Nursing is a sure thing with the economy, but I have a bad back and cannot stand for long periods. I want a job that involves travel to Europe, food, foreign cultures, etc. but I do not know where to start. Should I go with the sure thing? What could I do in Europe? My fiancee is retiring from the military in the spring and could work as a civilian contractor I suppose. Help!

I feel the Medical field is the "safe choice", but I am passionate only about learning about foreign cultures, food, travel, etc. Am I being unrealistic? I feel life is passing me by but I do not know how to incorporate these things into a job.
