What is your idea of perfection, and different culture's perfection?

I am doing some research on what is people's idea of perfection, what do you think as perfect? eg- intelligence/body image. Also I have to include what different cultures think is perfect, eg- ancient china and feet binding, they saw that as perfect and beautiful.

Scripturally, physical perfection = a body free from sickness and with the ability to live forever (see Genesis)

Mentally = someone who demonstrates the fruitage of the spirit - the fruitage of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, 23Â*mildness, self-control (Galatians5:22)
 
Perfection is God consciousness, and freedom from the shackles of prejudice, conditioning and greed.

It is recognising our eternal life as part of the cosmos, not as a separate entity, we are the cosmos and the cosmos is us, God is in us and all things, we are inextricably linked.

Only reality matters everything else is false and impermanent, only we live forever in God consciousness and eternal light.

Nature is not something we "look at" ,it is where we are, we are an inclusive component of it, Gods gift to feed, shelter and for us to marvel in.

See this light, always face towards the sun and you will never live in shadows, live in gratitude, denounce prejudice and luxuriate in Gods abundance.

This is true, pure, everlasting, unlimited, all pervading perfection.

Accept nothing less!
