The US and Western Europe, South Africa to an extent. I don't really believe in a Western culture thing because there are lots of other developed countries that aren't in the "western" part of the world.
Western Culture has a lot of West African influences from the enslaved Blacks and plenty of people don't seem to realize that. They forget that America was practically built by people of African descent.
