Well for me being 15 i still don't seem to understand the point of sagging pants. It just baffles me. I mean it holds no benefit and i don't think its all that attractive to know what type of underwear (most likely boxers) and the brand and design that you felt like wearing that day. If anyone can offer some insight on this it would be greatly appreciated.
