We have this tendency to say the word “Love”, as if love is an idea. There’s too much of the word “Love”. It has been commercialized, socialized, propagandized, corrupted like religion has. There’s too much expression or understanding of the word love and not any understanding of what is hate. In the form of thought, to me love is hate. You demonstrate this everyday in your relationships with the child or partner. To man love is; war, love is materialistic accessories, love is land, love is selfishness, love is division, love is the nature of being greedy, love is the love of his petty nation or gang, love is all the opposites of love. So the proper word to use effectively is compassion, but I reckon that the word compassion mustn’t be treated like the word love. Compassion is a much compressed meaning, and has a universal meaning rather than the punctured word, “Love”.
So…Love is hate. That is your meaning of Love. We have turned it into just merely words of expression. Love is not the “word love”. You say you love and care about humanity. Then you would prevent all wars. If you had deep love and affection for them, that’s what you would do at all means, whatever the consequence. But that depends on you and not somebody else. Only you must see this. Change or continue living only in a world of petty hate and no sense of true love.
