What is the proper setting for my Alpine MRV-1607 amp and 15" kicker subs?

Im a newb. I want to have a good sound quality for my Alpine MRV-1607 amp and 15" subs. I would also like the settings for my Pioneer HU(ex. equa setting,). I have set my ampl. to flat instead of low and maximize all the settings in my HU. The quality is good. However, I want my settings for my ampl. in low to have more bass, and remove the bass in my stock seps and speakers. But I cant hear the audio since I am using stock seps and speakers. What is the proper settings so that I can have good quality sound?
