Love Culture isn't really expensive. I'm thinking price ranges around Forever 21. I've been there a lot, but I don't usually buy something, even though they're prices are pretty cheap. They don't have tote bags, but they do have jewelry. They sell regular stuff like dresses, plaid clothes, t shirts, vnecks, shorts, jeans, etc.
