What is the likelyhood of PPI in 2006 RBS loan?

Hi there, I had a loan taken out in 2006 by Royal Bank Scotland, I have put in a form to research if there was PPI on the loan.

What is the likelyhood that PPI would have been included in a loan of this time? anyone else had any PPI refund payments from around this time by this bank?
