what is the hardest hitting subwoofer out that isnt too expensive.?

I have a Rockford Fosgate 12" Punch Stage 3 in a ported box and that thing hits hard ass a mother.
 
the enclosure is the key to a hard hitting sub.. even if you do have a high quality sub . In the wrong enclosure it will sound like a 10 cent piece of crap. i have been using kicker for almost 20 years I have had system from 200 watts to 8000 watts.. pure watts not the bs rating you get now days . buy you a kicker l7 and get good enclosure made or buy one for the l7 and you will be bassing your butt off.
 
I would also say Rockford Fosgate. I had two 10's in my truck and it just about shook the truck loose.
