What is the frequency range of Japanes car radios?

I have a Japanese 'import' with the original fitted radio. Can not get BBC Radio 4 which is 94.5 (HHz?). Thinking of adding a "Highway" DAB thus killing two birds, A have DAB and B get real radio not that disc-jocky garbage! The highway transmit range is 87.6-107.9 MHz. WILL IT WORK????
