'99...? ...Complete Studio Recordings Box?
I understand that only the DVD-Audio discs from the Perception box are the 40th anniversary remix, not the CD versions of the albums in the Perception box. Are the masters/recordings from the Perception box CD's the very same thing as the 1999 masters from The Doors Complete Studio recordings, or are the CD's from the Perception box a remastered (or shall I say re-remastered) version of the '99 masters? Do the 1999 masters or the CD's from the Perception box sound better if they are indeed different. Thanks
