details)? I am trying to help my dad out with this.
He has a class N Network at home. The house is laid out like this.
The Modem-router-wireless is in a office-guest house about 100 feet from the main building.
He wants to be able to use his lap top at any place in the house but while he sometimes can get a signal in the main house, it isnt very good.
I asked him about geting a signal booster and he told me that he was told Class N Networks can not use a signal booster.
I suggested putting in another line into the main house and router, but he really does not want to have to do that.
Can anyone please give me any advise house he can use what he has to make his signal better?
