what is the best meal you cooked in 10 to 15 min?

Fritatta (4 people/potions) calculate 1 or 2 eggs per person

1/4 pounds of asparagus
1/3 of onion
few cilantro ( what u can grap with your fingers)
olive oil
butter
cheese (1 1/2 cups) (any cheese that melts, your favorite one, mozzarella, monterrey, provolone..etc)
salt and pepper

-pre heat your oven 350 degrees
-chop the asparagus and the onion
-blend 4 or 5 eggs, and mix them with the cheese (shredded)
- on a medium pam put about 5 t.spoons of oil (olive if possible) and 1 t spoon of butter till the butter melts
-on a pam put the asparagus, onions and cilantro, and add salt and pepper as desired, and let them cook about 4 minutes (till the onions get soft)
- add the blended eggs with cheese mix on top on the asparagus and onions( make sure it is well spreaded)
- let it cook half way till the edges separate fromt he pam
- then transfer the pam to the oven for another 4 minutes till the top looks gold yellow...
-take it out and ENJOY! YOUR ITALLIAN FRITATTA with some garlic bread,... never forget to add a green salad, and a fruit so you can have a grea balanced meal.. Bon appetit!

Spaghetti. Get a pound of hamburger meat (ground chuck or ground round) and fry it in a pan. Chop it into pieces with your spatula. Drain the grease. Add a jar or two of Ragu (tomato, garlic, and onion), put a few sprinkes of oregano, garlic powder, and pepper into the sauce. Simmer it on low until it bubbles. Cook angel hair pasta as directed on the box. Add garlic bread (can do Texas Toast) and parmesean cheese. Can be boiling the water for the pasta as you do the meat and can be baking the bread as well.
