i have a lot of different backgrounds. the only food i can think of right now, though, is crumcaca which is a norweigen dessert. i know the name sounds silly but its pretty good. its kind of like a really thin pancake that is rolled up. unfortunately i think you have to have to have special pan to cook it in for it to be a little less challenging. it is difficult to make. so if you are an expert cook/baker go for it. lol.
