what is the best FM station to use with an griffin itrip ?

i have an IPOD 80gb and i just got and griffin itrip and I'm trying to find the right FM station but i cant find it dose anybody know the best station to use or a guide to finding the best station idk if this helps but i live in catonsville MD i know sometimes range helps
