What is the best amp to push two 12" Kicker CVT subs? I want something cheap but...

...something that will push.? I want something affordable but not some off brand. I was thinking about getting a Rockford Fosgate 300.1 but I wasn't sure if my amp or subs would blow first.. What do you think? Please tell me.
