My girlfriend is doing a distance learning A-level in biology. One of the home experiments she needs to perform requires 'culture liquid'. I guess this is a growing medium but I don't know exactly what it is and internet searches haven't been useful.
I'd be very grateful if you can answer one of these questions:
1) Does culture liquid have another name that I can search by?
2) Can I make some myself?
3) Can I buy it somewhere in the UK.
