A cultured food is basically a food that has been fermented, like unpasturized sauerkraut, kefir, kombucha, pickles. But really anything can ferment as it's "controlled rotting". I drink old orangejuice with a plentiful population of lactobacillus bacteria and refill it when it's almost empty; to prime the next jug. it is always carbonated and tastes great!

I've been making my own sauerkraut and I haven't gotten sick. I wonder if I could eat only probiotic/fermented food.

It's a pretty new concept, but care to coin the term for me?

fermevegan? I have no clue about the health aspects of it but can you eat fermented greens and beans? I dunno man Id ask a professional about that.
