What is a good sound system to put in a 98 Mercury Mountaineer?

I have the stock system but its not good for rap. I was wanting to know what I should put in? Like in all four doors, a good kind of amp, and definitely a subwoofer.
 
well you want to put new aftermarket speakers in your doors and such around your car.. make sure they fit properly.. go to www.crutchfield.com and enter your car information and they will tell you what will fit your car.. for speakers i would go with polk audio, infinity kappa, or pioneer.. and subs i would go with kicker, mtx, or alpine.. even pioneer depending on what your budget.. and an amp.. you want an amp that has equal amount of RMS watts as your sub, i would go with kicker, mtx, for alpine or an amplifier
 
i personaly would go with a pioneer premier head unit cuz there not to expensive and the are really good jus replace the speakers w/ what you can afford bbut stay clear of really cheap speakers and i would go w/ at least 2 tens or bigger for rap for good low end and a ported box for deeper bass i provided a link to one of the best stores on the web if any questions you could e-mail me
