Can a marine reserve get it? what is it in brief? what can it be spent on? and other things a marine reserve/student can get would be awsome thanks

GI BILL is the educational bill which means if you had it in your contract your eligible. It means you pay for one year of it out your paycheck and recieve up to 40,000 in educational money. Meaning if you attend school FULL TIME you get $1500 BAH a month and extra money to pay for school instead of having loans or grants.
