I logged into my online banking, and now I have to select a choice of opting in to get courtesy pay. I don't want to select an answer until I know for sure what it is. This is what it says:
"Opt In to Courtesy Pay
Recent regulations require members to Opt In to get Courtesy Pay overdraft protection for everyday debit card transactions.
Would you like to opt in for Courtesy Pay on your everyday debit card transactions now?
yes or no?"
can someone please better explain to me what this is, and what would be the best choice? This is with Service Credit Union...
