I am debating on working with one now. I have a friend that got a job through one (but it was his sister so I don't know how much I can rely on his experience). When I worked with one before it was a huge waste of time. Guy had me come in for a specific job and then when I got there it changed to another job and then that job disappeared. So I'm kinda not sure of whether they are a total waste of time or can be a good thing. What have been your experiences?
