Okay, I decided to experiment. First of all I took a little hummus
and added some olive oil to it to see what happens. It smoothed out.
So, now I know the smooth stuff has olive oil in it, it's not just
thinned out with water/bean juice. Then, I took it a step further and
mixed in some vinaigrette that I had on hand to make a hummus dressing
and I am now eating it on the mixed salad greens I had on hand. Oh,
man is it ever tasty! I'll do this again.

Today's mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground.
