What does your launcher look like?

I'd like to extend my warm welcome to the Zlauncher community!
Grats on making the plunge. :)

If you haven't done so already, move each app one by one back to RAM, and then use Zlauncher to move them back to the card, into the zlauncher directory, takeing with it the grouped files, and your RAM should free up quite a bit! :D

Your head won't stop spinning for a while... there's still stuff I'm tweaking on my i705 even now.. Zlauncher has too much stuff! :D
 
NO,No,,no.. I was having trouble with posting an image and it looked like a movie ticket from photobucket. He hijacked the thread before I could correct the image so now his post doesn't make sense.:D
 
Here are mine, i switch almost daily the theme stays the same the background changes
i want to find a better Screenshot program other than snap

I am also using Joe's Mac OS X theme and I have three of his icon sets mixed in. Of course my favorite icon set is the Sharklink Icons and not just because Joe was kind enough to include an mp logo :D

My launcher has not changed much since I posted it here on March 15th.
 
Very clean look, RickI - thanks for posting. Although I personally like all the tweaking allowed in Zlauncher, I have kept my tweaking to a minimum for a long time, now I actually have it set-up as I like it. :)
 
I am using the Gant theme! :D I just loaded my iconset, which is also Gant, but I switched some and added some icons.

As to changing the icon, do you mean the icons in the middle of the screen or the icons in the tabs?

If it's the icons on the screen, you just have to select the iconset: Go to the Theme Manager, tap on Icon Set, then select the iconset. When I send it to you, the file will be called D_Iconset_updated.prc.

I'm using the same Gant tabs that I see you have. To change the icons there, go to the file menu, choose Tab, then tap on Tab Properties. From there, tap on the General tab and you'll see a bunch of icons you can use.

Screenshot5 didn't work for Madden '05? A freeware alternative did something that a shareware couldn't :confused: Wow.

In my experience with screenshot5, it works for EVERYTHING. If you're using a T3 but playing a game that takes the full HVGA screen (or you could reveal the DIA but want the full HVGA screen still) then it still works but you'll have to assign it to a hard button. Else you could just do a stroke from find to favorites in the DIA area. For my z71, since it had a 'hardkey' Graffiti area, that was more convenient to never have to temporarily reassign the capture trigger to a button. Another concern i had was some previews saved as JPG weren't the right color at all.... totally off. This was corrected when i transferred and view the snaps on my PC though.

At any rate, glad to know these freeware screenshot utilities are useful.
 
Nice screen capt (via headcronie :) ), Streaky. I particularly like the little family-like grouping in the upper left corner with the caption "Psycho..." I hope that's not where you display your photos. :D (You know, I just love your little 'puter-box-children's pix.)

There is a free screen shot application, just use that little SEARCH link to the left....Search for "Fantastic Free Screen Capture..." and thou shall findest...
 
I think I'm making progress. Since I am not using a picture as a ZL background picture (only choosing the background color) it seems that I can't make the background all the same color. I ran the the picture below through the ZL background converter and placed it in the background file and it seems to be working just fine. (see below) I wonder why it won't do the same thing when just choosing a color for the background, Odd.
