what do you think is a really cultured country?

i got a project i have to do for class and i really want to study a country that is really different and rich in it's culture know any?
 
To be honest, you'll find that in most countries - and some that you wouldn't really expect.

I believe I would try a Latin American country - Most of whom are accomplished, cultured, well-mannered people... It's like night and day when visiting those countries from the US... The kids are much more respectful, the people are kind and go out of their way to help you. Good Luck!
