What do you personally think of the Hip-Hop culture?

I like the older stuff. The newer stuff sucks. When I got bored of Old School hip hop, I moved on to Classic Rock and blues.
After listening to Classic Rock, its hard to go back to hip hop though.
Back then Hip Hop had a real message. Now its all about hoes, cars, drugs, shooting up people, and plastic sunglasses with holes in them hahas. Public Enemy is the best. Run DMC is also one of my favorite Hip Hop groups.

Hip Hop is mainstream American culture...its not the 80s any more when MTV wouldnt play any videos and the grammys had their awards recorded off air...
