Someone who has settled for less and does not seem to care about reaching his/her full potential? There is a specific word for this type of person, but I can't think of it. I think it starts with an "i". I've looked in the thesaurus under failure, disappointment but can't find the word I am looking for. Anybody know what I am talking about? Thanks.
