i think the indians have the most flavorful and delicious cuisine in the world. such creative use of spices and different flavors/textures. i could eat indian food everyday. i need to marry an indian woman who can cook for me. i'd be a happy man. i am not indian btw. i am half white half hispanic. got turned on to inidan food a couple years ago and been lovin it ever since! remember this is only my opinion. feel free to describe your favorite cuisine. i also think their music is pretty damn catchy and creative as well. very interesting culture i.m.o.
my favorite is indian food. it has so much flavor and texture i think their use of spices is very creative. there are many cuisines out there that i enjoy. lebanese food is very healthy and delicious. i also had a vietnamese dish called lemongrass chicken that is damn near addictive. so good! anyways i'm not indian so i am not being biased, lol! i am half white half hispanic with a wide range in taste. i dig indian music as well. very catchy and with very good beats. i need to find an indian woman who can cook and marry her lol! anyways this is just my opinion so feel free to list your favorite cuisine and why.

Hey if you are hispanic , there's also MEXICAN food that uses a lot of spices and it's very tasty.

Indian, Lebanon (Arabic) and all Asian would be my other choices.

I agree with you. I'm a NZer of English descent and I've only ever spent two days in India and a few days in Sri Lanka, but their vegetarian dishes especially are superb.

dude, i love indian food, i am a spicy foodie. but mediterranean and italian cuisine also uses a lot of aromatic and minty spices such as cilantro etc. Thai cuisine is very native and exotic: tey use a lot of ginger, tamarind and lemongrass in their food. Korean cuisine is a spicier version of Indian cuisine although the smell is not that distinct as Indian cuisine is.
