What culture believes in cutting one self with razors?

I saw this on the historychannel, they have razors taped to their hands and dance and cut their chests to the beat of the music
 
i believe that is the culture of 'emo'.

and to the person who said 'white people', i feel sorry for you, i really do.
 
Actually,I saw something like this too,but it was people who were like devoting to Saddam. They were saying something about him being the last one with someone's blood,I am not sure who though. It was in Pakistan I believe and they were probably muslim.
