What cultural activities could I use for a presentation on diversity in cultures?

We will consider all aspects of many cultures.

We were thinking of bringing in food and video clips.

I wanted to do a project, involve the class but I want it to go beyond them commenting on personal experiences. Any ideas of what group projects I can come up with to keep the class awake? We are allowed 45min.
