What cheap amp will be able to push my 10" Orion Hcca? looking to spend maybe 100 - 150?

On sonic electronics web page they rated the sub at
1500/ rms
3000/ max
but the box it came in says 4000 watt peak so i dont know please help.
i plan on getting another sub in the near future so i was wondering if a amp that pushes 800 rms or a lil more will sound ok and still be loud as hell untill i get another sub....was thinking about when i get the other sub to link 2 amps together so i dont just waste the money for 1 smaller amp to just get me by.
 
really your subs only has 2000 watts .peak power means on that 1st hit of bass it will be 4000 ,but that 2nd hit of bass is only 1 which is 2000.what i would do is buy an amp that's 4000 watts continous power and turn that amp to 1 the wattage and when you get the other sub turn the wattage back up
